- Incorporated the company in London with a vision of building a global technology business. Established early-stage operations in the city’s creative district, Soho, to develop an entrepreneurial skill set. Later moved to affluent Mayfair to support professionalisation and growth. Subsequently relocated to Liverpool for strategic central UK positioning and fully digitalised the business, laying the groundwork for fully remote operations and future innovations.

- Leading the development of an innovation at the intersection of Web 3.0 technologies. The aim is to build a fintech platform that empowers creatives, starting with fashion designers, by using specialised AI to create digital twins of physical assets, secure them on the blockchain, and commercialise them as phygital assets across XR, VR, and AR. Within our adhocracy culture, we develop technology by progressing through the Technology Readiness Level framework and have secured £50k+ in government grant funding across 6+ projects, primarily for technology development. On the business side, we have delivered 15+ projects involving 113+ students across various initiatives.

- Conducted comprehensive research involving a highly selective sample (N=34) of basketball players from the former Yugoslavia, renowned for winning multiple medals at the Olympic Games, World Cups, and European Championships. Psychometric analyses using SPSS and Excel involved an in-depth examination and interpretation of various personality characteristics measured by Cattell's 16PF questionnaire and explored their relationship with sustained high-level athletic achievement, career length, playing position, and generational affiliation. The results subsequently formed the basis of my diploma thesis.
